Terms of trade and delivery

Below you will find useful information in connection with booking and online booking. You can read about how we use your personal details, how you receive a receipt in connection with your purchase and much more.

Payment

All prices listed on the online system is like all other places on the website listed in Danish kr.

And incl all other taxes unless it is otherwise clearly stated in the text.

Payment is done by using an approved payment cards /credit cards on the online booking system.

 A fee will be charged according to the current rules and regulations from nets. Payments made by booking via e-mail happen though a safe payment link.

Information about Online purchases

You can safely pay through the internet on our online booking system. You are a consumer secured in relation to any misuse of your credit card online, therefore is there no deductible when             misusing your debit card via the internet.

Shipping and delivery

When booking and paying for your pitch or holiday hut you will receive a confirmation of the ordered product. If you book via e-mail then you will also receive a confirmation.

Delivery of the ordered product takes place on arrival at Svinkløv Camping and ends on the day of departure. Both times are stated in the confirmation you receive about your stay. No unused days   will be refunded if you have started your holiday and your pitch or hut can not be resold to others during the booked stay. 

Right of withdrawal and refunds

You have the option to cancel your booking on the following terms

When booking the full price of the stay is paid.

– In case of cancellation and change 30 days before arrival, 75% of the price of the stay is refunded.

– In case of cancellation and change 9-29 days before arrival, 50% of the price of the stay is refunded.

– In case of cancellation and change 0-8 days before arrival, 0% of the price of the stay is refunded.

– In case of cancellation or change of your order, this MUST be communicated in writing via e-mail. Reply to the email you received the booking.

• In the event of shortening / leaving before the stay expires, no refund will be made.
• You cannot pass on or sell your stay to others.
• You cannot change persons during a stay.

Force Majeue                                                                                                                            

If your stay is prevented due to Force Majeue (natural disaster, strikes, wars, riots, epidemics, pandemics   and alike) Svinkløv Camping shall not be liable for disrupted or cancelled stays.

We reserve the right for price changes and printing errors.

Registration of information  

Svinkløv Camping registrates your name, address, e-mail and other information given in connection with your purchase in our customer registrar. No information is passes on to other parties.

 Svinkløv Camping keeps the registration for 5 years.

Svinkløv Camping uses server-side cookies and a secure connection to ensure safety of the information you have given us.

Registration of payments by credit cards is done via a safe server.

We strive to deliver what our guests wants but reserve the rights to change any booking made for a specific pitch or hut to one of a similar standard, without the booking thereby can be considered invalid. We disclaim any responsibility for incorrect prices and calculations.
